2.0 Sq. M. Rosenmund/De Dietrich Glass Lined/Hastelloy Nutsche Filter Dryer

Used Rosenmund/De Dietrich 2 square meter glass lined/hastelloy Nutsche filter dryer. Has approximately 1600mm diameter hastelloy C22 filter plate with 2 square meter filtration area. Type 3009U white glass lined filter body. 1900 litre working capacity and 2269 litre total capacity. Has welded dished top and clamped flat bottom head. Internal rated full vacuum/3.2 bar design pressure at -25/+175°C. Has 316L stainless steel jacket 177 litre capacity rated full vacuum/6 bar design pressure at -25/+175°C. Includes hastelloy C22 2-blade heated agitator rated 6 bar design pressure at -20/+150°C. Agitator driven by 11 kW motor, gearbox and mechanical seal at 5.4-16.2 rpm. Has 400mm stroke with 764 litre cake volume. Also has hydraulically operated base plate on wheels. No hydraulic pack. Includes cente bottom discharge with manually operated hastelloy discharge valve. New 2000 but only ran trial batches and reportedly very good condition.
