Microbrewery with Capacity of 10 BBL

Used microbrewery made by Malrex in 2015 with capacity of 10 bbl but that will do brew lengths between 800 and 1600 litres. Includes the following equipment: - Mash tun on raised mezzanine, grist case and auger, hatch and chute for waste grain removal into bins below. Pumps, control cabinets and pipework included. - Hot Liquor Tank (HLT) with (2) 18kW electric elements, sight tube, low level flat switch, (2) temperature probes. - Grist case an auger. - Mash tun with 4 part wedge wire plate, sparge arm, (2) temperature probes, underback with valentine tube. - Kettle with (3) 18kW elements installed (one spare),temperature probe, hop/trub filter, sample point, condenser, sight tube, low level float switch, CIP. - Hopback with hop basket and hop seed filter, variable speed pump, paraflow and oxygen port. - (2) 10BBL cone bottomed fermenters, sample point, separate yeast and racking outlets, dimpled cooling jacket, temperature probes, CIP. - (1) 5BBL cone bottomed fermenter (converted Grundy tank), for split brews, base thimble, temperature probe, cooling jacket, CIP. - (3) In-line chillers for Fermenter Vessel temperature control.
