Used Polymer Recovery Systems Inc Plasti Cycler Recycling System intended for use to clean and dry HDPE flake at a rate of 1500 lbs per hour while being fed 3/8"-1/2" flake size. Plasti Cycler is a continuous flow system beginning with the blower to pneumatically convey the flake where the process would undergo: Primary air classification Float sink separation Washing Rinsing Drying and secondary air classification The system consists of Plasti Cycler Model 445 wash/rinse module, wash water screening/reheating/recirculation system, centrifugal dryer Model 512, and air classifier with box filling station. Includes operator control panel with PLC touch based screen display. Water temperature approximately 160-180 degrees F. Rated at 1500 lbs per hour. HDPE flake is 3/8" - 1/2" in size. System new in 2010.
