    Used 4.5" Gloucester/Brampton Mono-layer blown film extrusion line previously used on LLDPE. Line consists of the following: - Moltec 5-component Gravimetric blending system - 4.5" 24/1 L/D Gloucester low boy extruder including temperature control panel. Extruder is driven by a 150 HP DC motor. - 14" Rotary die with Saturn dual lip air ring and .086" die gap. - (2) Sherman 2-side treaters with 7.5 kW power units, Fife edge guide, motorized bubble cage, and 68" primary nip roll stand. - Brampton single position automatic surface winder for 48" diameter rolls and 65" maximum lay flat. Previously used on LLDPE at 700 lbs per hour.
