Used French Fries line 3.5 MT - 4.5 MT an hour depending on the size of french fries required. Line manufactured by K&K and was only used for two seasons. The main equipment includes: fryer, trokner and blanching machine reported to be in excellent condition and manufactured in 2002-2004. The line is equipped with a stove for heating and burning oil fumes. The stove is powered by natural gas or fuel oil and includes two burners. A tank for 50,000 litre of fuel oil along with a system installation is also included. Other units include: • tank for peeled potatoes, • longitudinal sorting system (2 units), • optical sorter, • 3 main oil tanks and 2 others placed by the line, • oil filter. Machinery for peeling, processing raw potatoes or packing is not included.
