300 Gallon 300 PSI Internal, 200 PSI Jacket Carbon Steel Reactor

Used Trinity Industries approximately 300 gallon reactor. Interior is rated for 300 psi/full vacuum @ 600°F. The 2" carbon steel half pipe jacket is rated a 200 psi @ 650°F. 2" Schedule 40 jacket has two zones one side and bottom and other jacket side only. The tank is 47" in diameter with 33" straight side height and 2:1 elliptical heads bottom and top. Material SA240T316L. OAL of vessel 72" the top has a 16" X 12" manway cover with spring assist and swing out bolts. Top also has (1) 8" 300# LJ flange gusseted in center of the top, (1) 8" 300# LJ flange, (1) 4" 300# LJ flange, (1) 3" 300# LJ flange, (3) 1 1/2" 300# LJ flange, (1) 1" 300# LJ flange, (1) 3/4" 300# LJ flange and (2)1/2" 300# LJ flange fitting. The bottom has a 6" pad flange for center discharge. The side has (1)2" 300# LJ flange (currently covered with blind flange). Half pipe jacket has (4) 2" RFSO flanges. Vessel has four supports for bolting to support structure. The top has 9.5" wide shield between the supports. Built in 1995. Altered by Enerfab in March 2003. Repaired by Welding Services August 2005. Good condition.
