50 L Homogenizing Mixer By Brogli & CO AG. Model MH50C

Used homogenizing mixer by Brogli & CO AG. (CH) model MH50C. Machine has jacketed stainless steel mixing pan with total volume 70 l and working volume 50 l. Mixing pan is rated for working pressure from -1 up to 0.5 bar. Jacket is rated for work on pressure up to 1 bar. Mixing pan has internal diameter 492 mm x length of straight side of wall 330 mm. Bottom elipsoidal, with central discharge outlet, equipped with manually operated valve. Tank is mounted on 3 legs with wheels. Top cover is equipped with anchor agitator with wall scrappers, butterfly agitator and hi-speed homogenizing mill. Anchor agitator and butterfly agitator are driven by el. motor 1.4/1.0 kW, 2800/1400 rpm, 380 V, 50 hz. Working rotation on agitators are 42.5 and 85 rpm. Homogenizing mill is belt driven by el motor 1.2/1.0 kW, 2890/1420 rpm, 380 V, 50 hz. Top cover is mounted to the mixing pan on clamps and is rised and lowered mechanically by el motor 0.37 kW. Mixer is equipped with local vacuum pump, driven by el motor 0.55 kW. Contact parts designed in stainless steel AISI 304. Machine last time used in cosmetic industry.
