800 l stainless steel contact parts powder ribbon mixer

Second hand stainless steel contact parts powder ribbon mixer with total volume of mixing chamber 800 l. Working volume about 400-500 l. Mixer has mixing chamber with internal dimensions: width 600 mm x length 2000 mm x depth 720 mm. Mixer has single shaft with two ribbons. Outside ribbon is in distance 240 mm from shaft, internal ribbon is in 165 mm from shaft. Shaft is driven by el. motor 7.5 kW , 1435 rpm, 380 V, 50 hz via gearbox. Working rotation of shaft is about 35 rpm. Mixer has central bottom discharge with pneumatically operated butterfly valve. At the side wall there is also installed stainless steel pipe with spraying nozzles. Top is covered with safety stainless steel bars - 3 sections. Machine is mouned on carbon steel legs. Outside construction is designed in carbon steel.
