Used stainless steel conical dryer by Hosokawa-Nautamix type DBXU 300 RVDW. Dryer has total volume 1010 l and working volume 300 l. Contact parts and jacket designed in stainless steel AISI 304. Mixing chamber is designed for work on pressure in range from - 0,98 bar up to 0,49 bar. Heating jacket has volume 100 l and is designed for work on pressure up to 1.9 bar. Working temperature up to 100 C in mixing chamber and up to 120 C on heating jacket. Dryer has stainless steel screw driven through gearbox by el. motor 5 kW, 1430 rpm, 220/380V, 50 hz, ExT3. Working rotation of screw up to 179 rpm. Screw is mounted on stainless steel rotary arm, driven through gearbox by 0,55 kW, 1370 rpm, 220/380V, 50 hz, EExeIIT3. Working rotation of arm up to 56 rpm. Dryer is mounted on lugs and is equipped with filter. Technical documentation included.
