Used Inox Maurer type IUT800 approximately 800 litre 316L polished stainless steel vacuum paddle dryer. Drying chamber approximately 1000mm diameter X 1200mm long. Has bolted and clamped flat ends. Internal rated full vacuum design pressure at 140°C. Has 304L stainless steel external jacket 80 litre capacity with 6.5 square meter heating surface rated 6 bar design pressure at 140°C. Also has heated stainless steel paddle agitator and chopper chain driven via Parker hydraulic powerpack with 44 kW 380 volt 3/50 1480 rpm and 30 kW 380 volt 3/50 1480 rpm motors. Includes stainless steel plug discharge valve. Also includes Glatt type IBF-024 stainless steel dust filter with 2.4 square meter filtration area. Chamber mounted in mild steel frame.
