Used Wenger extruder model TX-85. Extruder consist of: 1) Wenger model TX-85 twin screw extruder. Has two screws with diameter approx. 60 mm x lenght 640 mm. Screws are driven by el. motor ABB 112 kW (150 hp), 380 V, 50 Hz, 1486 rpm. 2) Wenger condicioner mounted on the extruder. Has two shafts driven by (1) el. motor ABB. 3) Cutting knife driven by el. motor ABB. Mounted on stainless steel frame with (4) wheels. 4) Feeding tank with botom mounted agitator driven through gear box by el. motor Nord 1,1 kW, 230/400 V, 50 Hz, 1445 rpm. Also has screw feeder driven through gearbox by el. motor. 5) Liquid injection tank with top mounted 3-blade agitator driven by el. motor Baldor 0,19 kW (0,25 hp), 230/400 V, 1725 rpm. Includes Seepex pump. 6) Steam control unit mounted on stainless steel frame. 7) Control panel Wenger and frequency converter Allen-Bradley 1336 Impact 8) Accessories.
