    Used pelletizing line consisting of: - American Leistritz 27mm 40/1 L/D co-rotating Model MICRO 27 twin screw extruder. Extruder new in 1994. Extruder is rated 500 rpm maximum screw speed, gearbox rated at 2 X 100 newton meter, 2700 rpm input. Electrically heated water cooled barrel with the water pump mounted. Has vent section but no pump. Extruder is driven by a 10.5 kW (14 HP) DC motor with SCR. - Side feeder - Manual screen changer - (2) Strand dies - Waterslide with Conair temperature controller - Sheer Bay model BT25 pelletizer - (1) K-Tron WB300 feeder with controls - (1) K-Tron KT20 feeder with controls.
