5.0" 36/1 Erema Film/Fiber Pelletizing Line

Used 120mm Erema model RM120TVE film/fiber pelletizing line new 2000. Line consists of the following: Erema model RM120TVE, serial #C99/138, 120mm extruder with 36/1 L/D double vented barrel. Extruder is driven by a 160 kW AC motor with inverter. Double vent includes a stainless steel Deker vacuum pump, approximately 50 cubic foot stainless steel cutter/compactor mounted at feed section and fed by a 35" wide X 20' long inclined belt conveyor. Cutter compactor driven by a 105 kW, 480 volt AC motor. Includes temperature control panel with Erema series 988 instruments (17 total zones) melt pressure indicator, amp meter for extruder and cutter compactor. Barrel is electrically heated and water cooled and includes water pump and heat exchanger (common system with water pellet cooling Slushway). Extruder gearbox was replaced in July 2015, new screw in 2013, new cutter compactor motor in 2013 and new belt for cutter compactor was installed in 2013. Extruder is equipped with dual bolt screen changer with hydraulic pumping system. Approximately 40 hole single row die plate with 4-knife cutter head, and includes water ring pelletizer. Stainless steel Slushway with vibrating screen/classifier and centrifugal dryer Line previously run on polypropylene at approximately 1000 lbs per hour.
