250 l Used Homogenizing Mixer By UCR Type M300

Used homogenizing mixer made by UCR (PL) type M300. Working volume 250 l. Mixing pan is jacketed, insulated and made of stainless steel. Inlet and outlet of product are located in bottom part of the bowl. Additional inlet with stainless steel hopper for additives is mounted on the lid. Lid is hydraulically lifted. Mixer has agitators: - anchor agitator, with wall scrappers - working rotation - 64 rpm, driven by reducer and 2.2 kw el. motor. - dissolver/toothed disc agitator, working rotation - 1410 rpm, driven directly by el. motor 1.1 kw. - colloid mill - works with two rotation speeds - 1410 rpm and 2880 rpm, driven by electric motor 3 kw. Working temperature range: from 20 to 90 C degrees. Working vacuum range - from 0 to -0.6 bar. After the mixing process bowl can be discharged by outlet or by lifting the lid and tilting the bowl. Machine has dimensions: width 1260 mm x lenght 1750 mm x height 2100 mm (when lid is closed) or 3120 mm (when lid is lifted). Weight 1500 kg. Technical documentation included.
