Used stainless steel contact parts lobe pump by Waukesha Cherryl-Burrel type 130. Contact parts designed in stainless steel. Pump is driven by el motor 7.5 kW, via reducer. Working rotations of lobes up to 102 rpm. Working pressure of outgoing product up to 13.8 bar. One rotation output - up to 0.961 l of liquid. On current drive pump can reach output up to 5881 l/h. Pump has top inlet and bottom discharge. Connections have diameter 100 mm. Pump is mounted on 4 stainless steel legs. Motor and reducer are covered with bolted stainless steel housing. Pump had been working in food industry. Machine can reach output up to 34.1 m3/h (depends on product) at maximal lobe rotations up to 600 rpm (after exchange of drive).
