Description

Used Winkworth model MZ850-1 316 stainless steel (contact parts) approximately 850 litre capacity (product dependant) Z-Blade mixer. Unit has jacketed chamber rated 4.4 bar maximum design pressure using steam. Maximum design temperature 130 deg.c. Unit has (2) cored Z-blades with water cooling capability, driven by 75kw, 230/400 volt, 3/50, 1480rpm motor through SEW Euroedrive gearbox rated 51.77.1 reduction ratio giving approximately 46rpm output speed. Unit has hydraulically driven tilt discharge mechanism. Includes hinged top lid. Trough is designed for atmospheric pressure only. All mounted on mild steel support frame.
