Used Bufflovak Model 6-8 SDF single drum flaker with 6" x 8" drum and approximately 1 sq. ft. of flaking surface. Stainless steel product contact construction. Equipped with 0.25 HP, 1-phase, 60 Hz, 115/230V main drum motor with Reeves variable-speed drive, 101:1 ratio, providing approximately 4.8-48 RPM drum speed. Applicator roll powered by separate 0.25 HP, 1-phase, 60 Hz, 115/230V motor with Reeves 18:1 variable-speed drive, approximately 27-270 RPM output range. Includes stainless steel jacketed applicator pan, stainless steel discharge chute, adjustable discharge knife, and portable base. Manufactured in 1989.
