Description

Used VEnvirotech fermentation pilot plant with three-stage treatment: Pre-treatment, Anaerobic fermentation, Ultrafiltration.

Pre-treatment stage includes: (1) carbon steel Hagar-coated, approximately 537 litre useful capacity mixing vessel with (1) progressive cavity discharge pump, approximately 200 litre/hour throughput with 6bar maximum discharge pressure.

Anaerobic Fermentation stage includes: (1) stainless steel, approximately 537 litre useful capacity mixing vessel.

Ultrafiltration stage includes: (1) Sulzer recirculation centrifugal pump with an approximate throughput of 15m3/h at 3.1bar. (1) approximately 500 litre permeate tank. (1) CIP tank, approximately 273 litres capacity with overflow and automatic drain with a CIP pump operating at 15m3/h. (1) approximately 50 litre backwash tank with a backwash pump with an approximate 2.7 m3/h throughput.
