Description

The Bocedi FB2000 Mega is a fully automated, end-of-line packaging machine for securing and weather-protecting unusually large palletized loads.

It works by:

Detecting the dimensions of the incoming load.
Selecting the appropriate tubular stretch film from up to six rolls.
Cutting and sealing the film into a custom-sized hood.
Stretching the hood over the load, where it contracts tightly around it.

Load sizes: approximately 1,000 × 800 mm to 3,600 × 1,800 mm
Throughput: up to 90 pallets per hour
Film rolls: up to six, selected automatically
Process: cold stretch—no flame or heated air

The resulting hood stabilizes irregular or oversized products while protecting them from water, dust, and weather. It is especially suited to large-format building materials, insulation, paper products, appliances, and other bulky industrial goods.
