    Used 2.500 Gallon Alloy Fab 304 Stainless Steel Kettle, built 1982. Approximately 96" diameter x 84" straight side, dished top and bottom. Internal rated 5 psi at 260 degrees F. Half pipe jacketed on bottom and straight side 100 psi at 350 degrees F. Has internal baffles. 10 hp, 460 volt, top-mounted Chemineer agitator drive with 4-blade pitched turbine blade. Serial #2439.
