Used 128,000 Gallon Vacuum Insulated Liquid Hydrogen Storage Tank, Chart Industries, ASME, 2024

This liquid hydrogen storage tank manufactured by Chart Industries and have never been used. Designed for cryogenic hydrogen service, this vacuum-insulated horizontal bullet tank features a 304 stainless steel inner vessel rated for 50 PSI MAWP with a design temperature range of -423°F to 100°F. The carbon steel outer vessel is rated for full vacuum service with a design temperature range of -20°F to 150°F.

Tank dimensions are approximately 182' 3" overall length x 13' 8" overall height x 13' 1" overall width. Approximate empty weight is 234,500 lbs. ASME code stamped.

Equipment includes instrumentation, controls, and adjacent process piping. Factory acceptance testing has been completed, and a HAZOP study report is available. Manufactured in 2024 and professionally preserved for long-term storage. Factory warranty remains in effect through September 30, 2028.
