All Fill Powder Filling Line with Capacity 20 Containers / Minute

Description

Used powder filling line made by All Fill Inc. in 2019 and currently used to fill tins with coffee beans / ground coffee / coffee pods weighing 227g or 20 pods.

Capacity with current product is approximately 20 containers / minute, with previous user filling tins sized approximately 10cm x 15cm with foil seal lid and a screw top.

Main equipment includes:
- All-Fill rotary infeed table.
- AFI Series 10 automatic filling head with integrated touch screen controls, dust extraction nozzle, container transport / indexing system, mounting column, hopper alignment tool, instructions / maintenance manual, conveyor guarding tunnels, nitrogen gassing purge.
- Pod dispensing arrangement including electronic counting system, standard, bulk elevator, can vibration / tampering device.
- Automatic can seaming station.
- Can labeller.
- Coding unit.
- Product feed screw elevator.
