Line was installed and commissioned between 2011 and 2013. Equipment is made between 2011 and 2013 apart from the CFS Flow Cooker which is made in 2009.
Approximate capacity is:
- 350 kg/h of sliced pepperoni / fermented product.
- 400 kg/h of beef toppings / grilled chicken pieces.
Equipment includes:
- Atlas Copco AirComp. ZT75 VSD Pack 10.4bar 380V 60Hz compressor and associated tanks made in 2022
- Refrigeration plant for freezer including ammonia compressors with Vilter Vission 20/20 control panels made in 2014
- (2) Boilers with capacity 2 tonnes / hour made in 2014
- Water treatment plant made by Huber made in 2015
