Oleo Chemical R&D/Pilot Plant

Used oleo chemical R&D /pilot plant facility with land and buildings: total site area approximately 29,995SQM developed facility area approximately 15,000SQM undeveloped Green area approximately 15,000SQM. Developed plant includes: 2 off office buildings with approximately 302SQM area 1 off warehouse building approximately 586SQM area which includes high bay racking facility which can accommodate 192 IBC'S. Also includes 5 separate office rooms. 1 off production building approximately 416SQM area which includes various equipment used in the manufacture of oleo chemicals. 1 off production building approximately 153SQM area which includes various equipment used in the manufacture of oleo chemicals. 1 off facilities building approximately 40SQM area which includes boilers, compressors, steam generator and waste water system. Plant was built for esterfication for the short and medium range and other speciality esters. Plant design is R&D and small production capacity. Glass systems with solid flow screw conveyor for sophisticated chemical reaction. Steam distillation, extraction and purification (liquid/liquid) steps for special esters and oils. Circulation evaporator /separation of different material systems. Separation and drying of complex material systems / components (liquid/solid). Site was built in 1994 and decommissioned by current owner in 2013. Still has current supply of electricity, water and gas utilities
