Nitrogen Plant, 1000 Nm3/hour or 750 Nm3/hour

Used gaseous nitrogen plant made by SIAD macchine Impianti with capacities of: - 1000 NM3/hour of gaseous nitrogen in gas mode - or 750 NM3/hour of gaseous nitrogen + 300 litres/hour of liquid nitrogen in gas + liquid mode. Reportedly commissioned in August 1999, mothballed in June 2009 and dismantled in December 2011. Equipment list includes: - (2) skid mounted Atlas Copco oil free compressors with air filter house, 1000 CFM. - (2) skid mounted air treating units with hydraulic system for turbo expander. - (2) cold box with turbo expansion and controls. - (1) intermediate liquid nitrogen storage tank with capacity of 5,000 litres. - (1) liquid nitrogen pump. - (1) cryogenic liquid drain ambient vaporiser. - (7) high voltage breakers and MCC to control both trains.
