Used line filler by IMACO Group (CZ) model Polaris 6P. Contact parts designed in stainless steel. Machine has six pneumatically operated pistons connected with 6 nozzles. There are also two pistons on machine and two spare nozzles but are not connected. Filling nozzles are operated pneumatically and whole bar with nozzles is rised-lowered through pneumatical piston. Machine can work on doses from 250 ml up to 3000 ml - depending on manually adjusted stroke of filling piston. Reported output - depending on volume of the dose up to 960 cycles/hour. Machine last time used on disinfecants.
