60 L Working Volume Stainless Steel Dissolver With Pneumatic Drive

Used stainless steel vertical mobile dissolving pre-mixer by Kates (PL) type 1M0,06. Mixing chamber has total volume 70 l and working volume about 60 l. Internal diameter of tank is 432 mm x length of straight side of wall 395 mm. Bottom conical with central discharge butterfly valve with diameter 250 mm, operated manually. Top lid is equipped with toothed disc agitator with diameter 200 mm x length of shaft 500 mm. Shaft is driven by pneumatical motor, EEx c II A T6 IT 9 03 ATEX rated, working temperature in range 1-40C, working air pressure up to 7 bar/100 PSI. Top lid is mounted on four clamps. Mixer is mounted on stainless steel supporting frame and wheels, and has side walls shafts for mounting it in tilt device. Mixer is new 2009 and is rated Ex II 3G c IIA T3.
