UNIKO Model PS 153-2P Filling and Sealing Machine

Used UNIKO model PS153-2P semi-automatic liquid product filling and capping machine. The device is equipped with two filling cylinders with pneumatically closed filling needles, capping and cap control system. The sealing of the cap onto the packaging is automatic by means of a mechanical discharge conveyor with orientation device. The output of the machine is approx. 850 - 1400 pcs/hr and depends on the type of filled product, batch size and type of caps. The machine is equipped with 2 filling cylinders with a diameter of 45 mm, the range of filling volume is 15 - 120 ml/each cylinder. The device is also equipped with a control panel with touch screen display. The working positions are as follows: 1. Packing 2. Filling cylinder 1 3. Filling cylinder 2 4. Accepting caps from the chute 5. Screwing in the caps 6. Checking the screwed cap 7. Output of filled and screwed containers
