Extruder has electrically heated water cooled, 28/1 L/D 8-barrel section vented barrel with 2-hole strand die. Project #91-3393. 496 maximum screw speed with 4.433:1 gear reduction. Gearbox Type 26.2P90, Serial #565707G2. Extruder Serial #180509. Has G.E. DC adjustable speed drive to 230 volt, 15 hp DC motor. - Accu-Rate Gravimetric Feeder with manually operated controls. - Approximatley 12" wide x 9' stainless steel water bath with pump and heat exchanger - 4" Conair Model 304 pelletizer with 48 knife helical rotor, Serial #6-040990, 2 hp 230 volt.
