133mm Werner & Pfleiderer Coperion Model ZSK133 Co-Rotation Twin Screw Extruder

Used 133mm 35/1 L/D Werner & Pfleiderer Coperion Mega co-rotating Twin Screw Extruder. Model ZSK133, serial #181068, new 1999. Has vented electrically heated water cooled barrel. Extruder is equipped with a Flender gearbox with 2.52:1 gear ratio supplying 15,100 Newton meters per shaft. . Driven by 1500 hp, 850 rpm DC motor supplying 337 rpm screw speed with GE Powerlogic SCR drive and 1750 KVA 4160 volt step down to 460 volt transformer. Includes (1) Century 120mm and (1) W & P 133mm side feeders, each with 20 HP AC motor and controls. Also includes 12 spare new/rebuilt barrel sections, (2) sets of spare screw shafts and screw elements, both used and new. The spare barrels are of Century Extrusions CX77 material and screw elements of 10V-12 high wear metallurgy.
