3.0" 16/1 Hydreclaim Film Recycling System

Used Hydreclaim film recycling system consisting of the following: (1) Hydreclaim model FF-90/50 approximately 3-1/2" single screw extruder, approximately 16:1 L/D ratio. Electrically heated, air cooled 4-zone nonvented barrel. Side screw feed throat with an anti-bridging hopper. Approximately 2-1/2" diameter manual screen changer, (1) 16-hole hot face cutting die with a 3/4 HP cutter, (2) control panels. Extruder is driven by a 40 HP 3/60/230/460 volt, 1770 rpm motor and built in 1990. (1) Hydreclaim model 100-6 fluff tank, built in 1990. Tank is driven by an approximate 5 HP motor, bottom screw discharge is driven by an approximate 1 HP motor. (2) Hydreclaim model 1218 grinders, built in 1990. Each is driven by a 25 HP motor with 5 HP blower discharge. Includes miscellaneous blowers and cyclones.
