Very little used set of two lab-size homogenizing mixers by Urlinski (PL) each with working volume 15 l.
First unit - model MZUTL 15
- total volume of mixing chamber: 26 l, working 15 l, minimal batch size - 5 l.
Contact parts designed in stainless steel 1.4301 (304).
Mixer has top mounted anchor agitator, driven by gearbox and el. motor 0.55 kW, 1400 rpm.
Working rotation of anchor agitator adjustable in range 32-160 rpm.
Bottom mounted toothed wheel homogenizer is driven directly by el. motor 7.5 kW, 2885 rpm. Working rotation adjustable in range: 1430-6630 rpm.
Mixing chamber is rated for work on temperature in range from 5 - 99C. Working pressure in range: -0.2 to -0,8 bar. Stainless steel heating jacket is rated for work on temperature range: 5-120C. Working pressure 3.6 bar. Mixing chamber and homogenizer works on by-pass pipe. Includes local control panel and heating tank with el. heaters (7 kW).

Second mixer - model MZUT-EMBF 15C

- total volume of mixing chamber: 26 l, working 15 l, minimal batch size - 5 l.
Contact parts designed in stainless steel 1.4301 (304).
Mixer has bottom mounted, knife emulsifier, driven directly by el. motor 5.5 kW, 2890 rpm.
Working rotation adjustable in range: 1500-5500 rpm.
Mixing chamber is rated for work on temperature in range from 5 - 90C.
Working pressure 0 bar.
Stainless steel heating jacket is rated for work on temperature range: 25-120C.
Pressure in jacket up to 4 bar.
Mixer has local control panel and heating tank with el. heaters (7 kW).
Both mixers are new 2023.
