Used Jagenberg Vari-Step winder. Trim width 150” (3,810 mm). Fitted with 10 slitters. Maximum working speed approximately 6,500 ft/min (1,980 m/min). Capable of rewinding rolls up to 60” (1,524 mm) diameter. Roll capacity estimated between 160 and 250 tons. Previously used on coated and uncoated specialty printing grades. Last operated in 2024. Status - still installed at the mill.
