Used Bosch approximately 10 Litre Jacketed stainless steel vertical vacuum cooker. Internal pressure rated at atmospheric and 183°C; jacket rated 10bar design pressure at 183°C. Unit measures approximately 300mm diameter x 400mm straight side. Unit includes top entry anchor type agitator driven by 0.25kW, 50/60Hz motor with gearbox. Unit has welded dished top and bottom. Unit opens via a pneumatic arm system. Unit includes local control panel. Unit is mounted on (4) stainless steel legs.
