Description

Used 110" (2,794 mm) wide tissue converting line featuring BAOSUO Rewinder, PCMC Tail Sealer, Ultra-S250 Log Saw & Core Winder. The line includes the following major components:

1) BAOSUO Model Ultra Grand 110" (2,794 mm) Rewinder (2010)
Designed for kitchen roll towel and bath tissue production. Currently configured for bath tissue only. Equipped with Mitsubishi motion control and PLC.
Includes cutoff knife and support for large-diameter cores for hardwound roll towel and jumbo roll tissue.
Sectional drive motor: 20 kW (26.8 HP)
Laminator rubber-to-steel embosser with 48 kW (64.4 HP) drive motor
Also features water lamination system, quick-exchange emboss cassette, automatic core loader, and log accumulator with 150-log capacity.
