Used BMA Falling Film Evaporator with 1500 sq.m. heating surface. New in 1984. Last company in 2024.
Tank made of mild steel, the heating tubes made of stainless steel, the juice area was subsequently lined with VA. The juice distributors and the droplet separators are also made of VA. Entry steam pressure 2,5 Bar at temperature 140ºC.
Top section diameter 2600 mm, bottom section diameters 2200 mm, height of tube section 8000 mm , total height 19700mm.
