LDPE Film Recycling Line

Description

Used LDPE film recycling line built in 2020 but with some additional components added more recently.
Capacity of Erema equipment is 605 kg/hour and input capacity of the de-inking wash line is 550kg.
Equipment includes:
- Feed belt with overhead metal detector
- Palbase XRT 45.100 SV granulator made in 2020
- Storage silo that also feeds line at a controlled speed
- De-inking plant made by Cadel Deinking in 2020.
- First de inking reactor
- Palbase 55kW mechanical drying centrifuge made in 2020.
- Second de inking reactor
- Palbase 55 kW mechanical drying centrifuge made in 2020.
- First rinsing reactor
- Second rinsing reactor
- Palbase 90kW mechanical drying centrifuge made in 2020.
- Palbase MFT 35-450 blower made in 2020.
- RUNI 370 screw compactor with decompaction attachment made in 2022.
- Erema 1309 TVE plus extruder fitted with laser filter made in 2020.
- Delco hydraulic mesh screen changer filter
- (2) 10,000L vertical mixing silos
- 25kg bagging equipment
- Hydraulic pallet lift
