Description

New PERRYmix (Czech Republic) Model HV 3000 stainless steel (AISI 304) product contact parts conical mixer. Effective volume 3000 liter, cone 2180 mm diameter X 3200 mm height, total height of the machine (bottom edge of the conical hopper-top edge of electric motor´s cover) approx. 4035 mm. Round feeding inlet diameter 400 mm with cover and safety mesh. Standard mixing screw diameter 310 mm top driven through Nord gearbox by 5,5 kW/400V/50Hz/IP55 electric motor and supported by bottom Pintle bearing (hard metal). Screw speed 61 rpm. Stainless steel arm is top driven through secondary Nord gearbox by 1,5kW/400V/50Hz/IP55 electric motor. Arm speed 2,6 rpm. Manually operated rotary slide outlet valve with conical discharge hopper. Mounted on (4) lugs.
