Designed for cooling and calendering plastic sheet in extrusion lines

Cooling Roll Stack Configuration:
(2) Lower chrome-plated rolls, each 24" diameter × 50" face width
(1) Upper chrome-plated roll, 12" diameter × 50" face width
All rolls are internally cored for water cooling
Rolls hydraulically actuated for controlled pressure and gap adjustment

Drive & Controls:
Stack powered by a 7.5 HP DC motor with silent chain drive
Controlled via Control Techniques Mentor II DC drive system
Drives both the cooling roll stack and downstream pull roll section

Pull Roll Station:
Pneumatically actuated for quick engagement
Powered by a separate 5 HP DC motor
Ensures smooth sheet transfer and tension control

Cooling System:
Includes (3) 10 HP pumps for water circulation
Connected to external heat exchangers feeding into roll cores

Typical Use:
As a cooling stack in plastic sheet extrusion lines
Compatible with materials such as PP, PE, PS, PET, etc.
