Nitric Acid Plant with Capacity 200 Tons/Day

Description

Used nitric acid plant with capacity 200 tons/day. Uses the ammonia oxidation process to produce 60% nitric acid. Built in 1973 by the D M Weatherly Company and shut down in 2001.
The following main sections are included:
- Ammonia terminal storage and feed system.
- Weak nitric acid oxidation processing system (AOP), 60% concentration, 185 - 215 tons/day capacity.
- Nitric acid concentration processing system.
- Sulphuric acid concentrating system.
- Air compressor and boiler services area.
