Tube Filler by METAX model MXTB1500

Description

Used stainless steel 304 tube filler by METAX (Poland) model MXTB 1500 designed for work on PE and laminated tubes. Machine can work on tubes with diameter from 19 mm to 50 mm. Tube length up to 200 mm. Unit has formats for tubes with a diameter of 35 mm. Reported output up to 15 pcs/min. Dose with range from 10 ml to 250 ml. Machine is equipped with a tubes storage container with tubes feeder, tube positionig device, dosing device, hopper for product, tubes closure device, control panel. Additionally, the equipment includes a chiller made by Bolid Sp. z o.o. (Poland) with a cooling capacity of 835 W, it is used to cool the jaws with water. Power consumption: 4 kW, 380 V, 50 Hz.
