New Polish made jacketed sigma blade double arm mixer. Working capacity 400 L, total capacity 600 L. Mixing chamber and mixing arms are designed in stainless steel in food industry grade. Each mixing arm is driven by an electric motor 7,5 kW through a gearbox with speed: I - 34 rpm, II - 20 rpm. Tilt type of discharge with electric motor 2,2 kW, tilting time 0,5 min. Working pressure of the jacket 4 bar, working temperature 95°C, water heated, capacity 12 L, heat transfer area 1,4 M2. Unit is equipped with manually operated stainless steel lid.
