1000 L Stainless Steel Conical Powder Mixer Pharming

Used stainless steel conical powder mixer, nauta type, by Pharming type HV 1000 (CZ). Cone has diameter 1550 mm x height 2200 mm. Total volume of tank is about 1830 l, working volume up to 1000 l. Total height 340 cm. Standard mixing screw is top driven by el. motor 3 kW, 970 rpm, 230-400 V, 50 hz, and supported by bottom pintle bearing. Arm rotation - 2 rpm. Screw rotation - 60 rpm. Central bottom discharge via slide outlet valve, operated pneumatically. Top of the mixer has bolted stainless steel cover equipped with two feeding hoppers. One with inlet dimensions 200 mm x 410 mm, second inlet has dimensions 350 mm x 500 mm. Each hopper has connection with diameter 190 mm, and top cover manually opened. Half of the top cover is missing. Mixer is mounted on 4 lugs. Technical documentation is included. Shipping dimensions: length 340 cm x diameter 170 cm x weight approx 1000 kg.
