10000 kg/hour Babcock Wanson Steam Boiler Fuelled by Liquid Biomass

Description

Used steam boiler with capacity 10 tonnes/hour made by Babcock Wanson in 1998 and shut down during 2019. Design pressure is 12kg/cm2 (approximately 12 bar / 170 PSI) and max operating pressure 10kg/cm2 (approximately 10 bar / 142 PSI).
Fuelled by liquid biomass including animal fat, vegetable fat, bio-heating oils, fuel oil.
System includes thermal oxidiser that reportedly burns at more than 850 degrees Celsius for longer than 2 seconds and meets European legislation for incineration.
Equipment list:- 35m3 insulated and heated tank, fuel pump, burner, Babcock Wanson oxidation chamber, Babcock wanson recovery boiler (10 tonnes/hour steam production), induced draft fan, heat exchanger, purge tank, water tank, boiler feed pumps, steam collector, fireplace, control and auxiliary elements, control panel.
Also available if required is the steam distribution equipment, which includes steam collector, piping, steam purge valves, steam flowmeter, etc.
