3000 Bottles / Hour Form and Filling Line for 0.335, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 and 2 Litre PET Bottles

Description

Unused form and fill PET bottle filling plant with water purification equipment made by Norland in 1996. Plant is stored in (2) containers.
Fill capacity is up to 3,000 bottles/hour for bottles sized 335ml, 0.5l, 1.0l, 1.5l and 2l. The line also includes equipment to purify water from spring or borehole and to turn it into bacteria free drinking water.
Equipment Includes:
- Blow mould equipment (moulds are not included).
- Water filling line - rotating table, bottle rinsing unit, filling unit, capping/labelling units, date coder, cap tightener, conveyors, shrink foil wrapper / tunnel.
- Raw water intake and treatment system.
