Cod Liver Rendering Plant

Description

Used Liver Rendering plant consisting of Liver tank size is 5,3 m³, Hooks filter, grinder M-1, magnet for hooks and feeding pump D-1. 15m² heat exchanger (Tube/shell) with regulating valve L-1 for steam, pressure sensor at the inlet P-1 and thermometer on the outlet T-1 to regulate the steam agenst the outcoming heat of the liver. Process tank 1 size 1000 Ltr, pump D-2 and Steam cooker with regulating valve L-2 and thermometer to regulate the steam agenst the outcoming heat of the liver. Decanter M-2, process tank size 220 Ltr and feed pump D-3. Two centrifuges, tank and pump for residue from centrifuge and pump D-4 for clean oil from separators to day tanks. Two day tanks for oil from separator size 6800 Ltr each, pump D-6 for pumping oil to storage. All electrical devices and PLC control are in one cabinet, PLC is Allan Bradley with a shreen on the door of the cabinet. All pumps have frequecy controller. This plant can process 1-2 tone/hour of liver.
