Bottling Plant, Form and Fill with Capacity 6000 bottles/hour

Description

Used form and fill bottling line with capacity 6000 bottles/hour, made in 2010 by AMT Slovakia and shut down in November 2018. Equpiment includes:
- Filler made by AMT Slovakia with capacity 6600 bottles/hour (0.5l bottles), 6000 bottles/hour (1.5l bottles), 5500 BPH (2 litre bottles). 36 valves, 67,304,905 units produced. For non-carbonated water and juice. Cap size 30mm. Reportedly possible to adapt for CO2.
- Packaging machine made by Giemme Thermo Packaging Machinery, Italy.
- Label machine made by Accraply Trine with capacity 8000 bottles / hour.
- Palletising Machine made by Progometals with capacity 1 pallet / minute.
- (3) Blowing machines made by AMT Slovakia with combined capacity 7500 bottles / minute.
- Chiller made by MTA, Italy.
Note that equipment has now been dismantled and put into storage.
