140 kw Gasification and CHP Plant

Description

Used modular gasification plant made circa 2001 and currently used for R&D purposes. Gasification plant uses 'down draft' process to produce syngas from solid biomass including wood chips and wood pellets.
Equipment includes:
- Feed mechanism
- Gasifier. Top loading down draft type including lock hopper feed mechanism, grate and auto de-ashing. Can use wood pellets and wood chips.
- De-ashing system
- Gas cooler. Water cooled.
- Filtration unit
- Ash hopper collection system
- Piping
- Instrumentation for control panel and PLC
All of the above is installed into modular framework. Plant used for R&D purposes.
