Description

Used Lodige model FM130D1MZ stainless steel jacketed ploughshare batch powder mixer. External mild steel heating / cooling jacket rated for 5 bar, (72.5 psi) at 150 Celsius.  two off ploughs and two off end scrapers on common centre shaft with water flush to seals. 520mm X 310mm top hinged access door with 270mm DIA feed chute and two off locking clamps. 160mm X 120mm bottom discharge "bomb door" with ratchet handle operation and 240mm DIA discharge tube. Single side chopper with 4 X 4 blade refiner driven by 4.6kW 2930 rpm. 415/3/50 EXE G1 - G3 motor. Variable speed main drive with 5.5kW 1440 rpm 415/3/50 EEXDIIB T4 motor and direct coupled sew Eurodrive model R80 VU4/H5 manually variable gearbox. Shaft output speed 26 - 160 rpm.
