85 Bottles / Minute PET Filling Line

Description

Used PET filling line with capacity of 85 bottles / minute of 2.85 litre bottles, installed 2015-2017. Line includes the following equipment:
- Fogg USA filling machine with capacity 85 bottles / minute for 2.85l bottles;
- Technica bottle divider;
- Finpac roll-fed labelling machine;
- Finpac label splice detecting system;
- R.A.Jones electrical panel;
- CIP support ring;
- Fogg capper;
- Stainless steel platform;
- Intouch client PC for labeller - HP;
- Conveyors;
- Dawson debagging machine with capacity 10,000 bottles / hour for 2.85l bottles;
- Technica packing machine (crate packer / palletiser) with capacity 85 bottles / minute for 2.85l bottles.
Previously used to fill PolyBottles with dairy and laban products.
